Mayer Brown has announced the arrival of partner Ryan Suda to its banking and finance practice and structured finance group in New York.
Suda specialises in guiding CLO transactions and advising on regulatory matters connected to securities laws and the Volcker Rule.
He frequently works with private equity funds, asset managers, hedge funds and financial institutions.
Suda comes to Mayer Brown from 'Magic Circle' firm Freshfields' New York office.
