Mayer Brown has added finance partner Jaime Gatenio to its private credit group in Chicago.
Gatenio specialises in debt financing transactions and represents diverse clients such as borrowers, private equity sponsors and financial institutions.
She joins Mayer Brown from Jones Day, closely following the arrival of former Jones Day colleague Matt O'Meara to Mayer Brown's private credit group.
O'Meara is the head of the global private credit group.
