Mayer Brown has added a new partner to its banking and finance practice in Chicago.
Matthew O'Meara comes to Mayer Brown from Jones Day.
O'Meara focuses primarily on domestic and cross-border acquisition financings.
He will serve as the head of Mayer Brown's global private credit group.
