Linklaters has hired a high profile M&A lawyer in Milan.
Roberto Casati joins the firm from Cleary Gottlieb. He acts on M&A, joint ventures and arbitration work.
Prior to joining Cleary in 2004 he had worked at Allen & Overy.
Hi clients include the likes of Corrado Passera, Internazionale Milan, Mediobanca, Petronas and Whirlpool.
