Hogan Lovells has hired the head of financial restructuring and insolvency for South Africa at Norton Rose Fulbright.
Haroon Laher, Hogan Lovells tenth lateral partner hire in two years in South Africa, joins the firm's Johannesburg branch. Notable matters in which he has been involved include the restructurings of the Blyvooruitzicht Gold Mine in Carletonville, and of Top TV.
