Carey Olsen has bolstered the ranks of its banking and finance team in Jersey with a new hire.
Michael Evans joins the firm as a counsel from Ogier where he had been a managing associate.
Evans acts on a range of financing matters including leveraged and acquisition finance, Islamic finance and restructuring and insolvency.
He is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and worked at Skadden in London, Freshfields in London and Dubai, Clifford Chance in Dubai and Maples and Calder in Dublin.
