Reed Smith has hired a new partner in London to enhance its investment management offering.
Bronwen Jones (Highly regarded by the IFLR1000) joins the team from Macfarlanes where she had led the firm’s investment fund finance group.
She acts for banks, financial institutions, sponsors and fund managers on capital call facilities, NAV and asset backed facilities, general partner facilities and co-investment facilities.
Her clients include the likes of Avant Homes, Partners Group, Syntaxis Capital and NES Group.
