Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe has hired a new partner in London.
Paul Doris has joined the firm from Watson Farley & Williams (WFW). He focuses on M&A and private equity work with a particular focus on energy work advising on the sale of wind and solar portfolios.
He has acted for the likes of Riverside Company, Vortex, Solar 21 and Macquarie Capital.
He joined WFW from Skadden in late 2014 and prior to that workd at Freshfields till 2011.
He is the seventh partner that Orrick have hired in London since 2016.
