Morrison & Foerster (MoFo) has hired a new finance partner in London.
Caroline Jury joins the finance and projects team, she retired from the Clifford Chance partnership in 2016 having spent some time in the Australian branch.
She acts for corporate borrowers, banks and private equity firms on their financing including unsecured and secured syndicated and bilateral loans, acquisition and IPO financings, corporate bonds and tax driven structured finance transactions.
