Katten Muchin Rosenman has formed a new office in Dallas.
Leading the new office will be six new corporate partners, all formerly with law firm Andrews Kurth Kenyon.
J David Washburn will lead the office's corporate practice, while corporate partner Mark Solomon will act as managing partner in Dallas.
The other corporate partners establishing the Dallas office are Victor Zanetti, Joseph Hoffman, Peter Bogdanow and William Rivers.
