Cooley has enhanced its London M&A team with a new partner hire.
Michal Berkner joins from Skadden. She focuses on M&A and is dual qualified in both England and Wales and New York.
Her recent transactional experience includes advising on deals such as Liberty Global's £3.5 billion acquisition of Cable & Wireless and Nokia's €15.6 billion acquisition of Alcatel-Lucent.
In London Berkner will join a team including the likes of David Bresnick and Justin Stock.
