Osborne Clarke has hired a new private equity partner in London.
Alistair Francis joins the firm from Squire Patton Boggs. He focuses on M&A and private equity matters in sectors such as industrials, technology, retail and media.
His recent work includes advising 118 Group and its founders on an investment by Pricoa Capital Group and advising Live Nation on its investment in the Isle of Wight Festival.
