Brown Rudnick has strengthened its London finance practice offering with a new partner.
Louisa Watt joins the firm from Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft where she had headed the loan portfolios, claims and debt trading team. She has a particualr focus on secondary loan trading in distressed situations.
She will lead the European finance and special situations practice at Brown Rudnick.
