Schulte Roth & Zabel has added Heather Wyckoff as special counsel for its investment management practice in New York.
Wyckoff focuses on advising private equity and hedge funds in connection with structuring and formation.
She also guides funds clients on regulatory issues.
Wyckoff was previously a partner and the head of the investment management practice at law firm Duval & Stachenfeld.
