Sidley Austin has hired partner Andrew Cardonick to its global finance practice in Chicago.
Cardonick specialises in a range of types of financing in both the US and internationally, including unitranche, asset-based and second lien credit facilities.
He comes to Sidley from Greenberg Traurig, where he co-chaired the finance practice.
