Shearman & Sterling has added partner Jay Baris to its New York-based investment funds practice.
Baris focuses his practice on registered funds, including ETFs, mutual and closed-end funds.
Baris is also very active in the fintech sector.
He comes to Shearman from Morrison & Foerster.
