Jones Day has added partner Angela Batterson to its banking, finance and securities practice.
Batterson represents both lenders and borrowers in connection with a number of types of financing, including acquisition finance facilities, mezzanine financing, credit facilities and asset-based loans.
She was previously a partner with Katten Muchin Rosenman.
