Simpson Thacher & Bartlett has announced the return of partner Keith Noreika to its financial institutions practice in Washington DC.
Previously a partner with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, Noreika spent the last nine months as the Acting Comptroller of the Currency.
He was succeded by the current Comptroller of the Currency, Joseph Otting.
Now that he's back with Simpson Thacher, Noreika will focus on regulatory issues concerning M&A, investment and capital markets transactions.
