Swiss firm Niederer Kraft & Frey has bolstered the strength of its M&A practice with the capture of a team from Bär & Karrer.
The four-lawyer team is led by partner Till Spillman, ranked as an IFLR1000 Rising Star in both 2017 and 2018, who joined the firm on January 1.
He will be joined by Adrian Koller, Andrea Giger and Ivo von Büren later in the year.
Spillman had been with Bär & Karrer for more than 10 years and was active on a number of high-profile deals while with the firm.
