Dentons has hired a new project finance partner in Italy.
Giovanni Diotallevi joins the firm in Rome from Chiomenti. He focuses on banking and project finance transactions with a particualr focus on the transport sector.
Diotallevi is rated as 'Highly regarded' by the IFLR1000.
He joins the international firm alongside counsel Andrea De Luca Picione and associate Stefania Verroca.
His highlight deals includes work on the Passante di Mestre toll road project bond issue and work on the Salerno-Reggio Calabria highway, and the financing of the SS 106 Jonica.
Dentons has already expanded in Italy during 2017 with the hires of structured finance partner Fabio Maria Guidi from Bonelli Erede Pappalardo and M&A partner Alessandro Dubini from Biscozzi Nobili
