Paul Hastings has added to its UK restructuring practice with the addition of a new partner in London.
David Manson joins from White & Case and focuses on corporate restructurings, insolvencies and financings.
At White & Case he was part of the firm's global maritime practice.
His recent work includes acting on the restructurings of Co-operative Bank, Gulf Keystone Petroleum and Petroceltic. He also advised on the substanital restructuring of shipping company TORM in 2012.
