The attorneys focus on M&A and capital markets deals in the energy sector.
David Buck and George Vlahakos specialise on M&A and equity and debt offerings.
Bill Cooper and Jon Daly focus on capital markets transactions, and the fifth partner is a tax specialist.
Cooper will spend some of his time in the Washington DC office, as well.
