DLA Piper has added a new partner to its corporate practice.
M&A and private equity attorney Jason Whiteley will split time between the firm's Houston and Washington DC offices.
Although active in connection with a number of industries, Whiteley focuses on deals in the energy and oil and gas sectors.
Whiteley joins from Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
