Gibson Dunn & Crutcher has added partner Robert Nelson to its energy and infrastructure practice in San Francisco.
Nelson specialises in project development, project finance, M&A and joint ventures in the energy, oil and gas, mining and infrastructure sectors.
He joins Gibson Dunn from Shearman & Sterling.
