Proskauer Rose has hired a new banking partner in London.
Ben Davis, an IFLR1000 Leading Lawyer, joins from Reed Smith. He focuses on leveraged finance advising on loans, high yield bond issues and real estate finance.
Recent work highlights include advising BlueBay on the financing for LDC’s Acquisition of Pelsis and acting for BlueBay and TPG on $500 million refinancing of BluJay Solutions.
Before joining Reed Smith Davis had been a partner at Travers Smith.
The hire follows the additions of fellow leveraged finance partner Alexander Griffith and real estate specialists Jo Owen and Vikki McKay from DLA Piper.
