Paul Hastings has hired a trio of structured finance and securitisation lawyers from Ashurst in London.
Michael Smith, Diala Minott, both IFLR1000 Leading Lawyers, and Cameron Saylor, an IFLR1000 Rising Star, all join Paul Hastings from Ashurst. All three focus on structured finance and securitisation with a particularl focus on CLOS.
The team’s recent work highlights includes advising on a number of CLOs including Avoca CLO XIV, Oak Hill European Credit Partners III, Penta CLO 2, Euro-Galaxy IV and BNPP IP EURO CLO 2015-1.
