Latham & Watkins has hired a new financial services regulatory partner in London.
Nicola Higgs, an IFLR1000 Rising Star, joins from Ashurst. She focuses on regulatory work advising on the FCA’s Conduct of Business Rules, European regulatory developments such as PRIIPs KID, MiFID II and the EU Benchmark Regulation, and contested enforcement actions.
Before joining Ashurst she had been an associate at Nabarro.
