Greenberg Traurig has hired a new real estate partner in London.
Danielle Martin joins from Reed Smith and focuses on private equity real estate matters including portfolio sales/restructuring and investment sales and purchases.
Recent work highlights include acting for Westbrook Partners on the acquisition of the London Collection portfolio of eight London offices from Workspace and Blackrock and acting for M7 Real Estate on the sale of Nationwide’s Marble Portfolio to Goldman Sachs
The move comes shortly after the firm hired six real estate partners from King & Wood Mallesons in the forms of funds partners Steven Cowins, an IFLR1000 Rising Star, and Marc Snell, M&A partners Michael Goldberg and David Fitzgerald, real estate partner Matthew Priday and tax partner Clive Jones.
