London managing partner Philip Perrotta makes the move along with fellow partner Sidanth Rajagopal and a team of associates.
Perrotta and his team advise on banking and aviation finance matters.
Before joining Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer Perrotta had been a partner at Clyde & Co.
