Fieldfisher has hired a new structured finance, securitisation and derivatives partner in London.
Dougall Molson, an IFLR1000 Leading Lawyer, joins from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and focuses on commodity financings including commodities receivables securitisations, synthetic securitisations and commodity prepayment transactions.
The move follows the hire of Richard Todd in November 2016 from Mayer Brown who also focuses on the same practice areas.
It also follows on the heels of the hire of Chris Georgiou who joined the firm from Ashurst to head up a new initiative called Condor an alternative legal services platform.
