Pinsent Masons has added a new partner to its investment funds team.
David Young joins the firm from Maclay Murray & Spens and will work in the firm's Edinburgh and London offices.
Young focuses on fund structuring, formation and investment work for investors and fund managers, as well as asset management advisory and regulation.
Young's clients include the likes of Aberdeen Asset Management, Lloyds Banking Group, Railways Pension Scheme and Scottish Widows.
