Brown Rudnick has added a new partner to its bankruptcy and corporate restructuring team
Ben Klinger, an IFLR1000 Leading Lawyer, joins the US firm in London from Sidley Austin.
He acts on cross-border and domestic reorganisation, recovery and turnaround matters representing debtors, creditors and insolvency practitioners.
Recent work includes advising Federal-Mogul Corporation and subsidiaries in Chapter 11 proceedings in the USA and administration proceedings in England; and acting for Sea Containers in Chapter 11 proceedings in the USA and provisional liquidation in Bermuda.
