Osborne Clarke has expanded its private equity practice in London with the addition of a new partner from Squire Patton Boggs.
Tim Hewens joins from the US firm where he had headed up the UK private equity practice advising on M&A and fund matters.
Recent work includes advising Mobeus Equity Partners on an investment into Ludlow Wealth Management, the management of Davies Group on an investment into it by HGGC and Reward Gateway on the acquisition of LogBuy Employee Benefits.
Recent hires at Osborne Clarke incluee the addition of regulatory partner Michael Lewis from Pinsent Masons.
The firm has also recently launched a new office in Sweden.
