DWF has hired a new private equity partner in the UK.
Andrew Carpenter joins the firm from Addleshaw Goddard. He focuses on M&A and private equity work including acquisitions, secondary buyouts, IPOs and refinancings. he focuses on the financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, transport and infrastructure sectors.
The move comes a month after the Northwest firm hired Sir Niger Knowles as its new chairman. Knowles had previosuly announced his intention to retire when he had stepped down from his position at DLA Piper.
