Mayer Brown has expanded its UK structured finance and securitisation practice with the addition of a new of counsel from Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft.
Merryn Craske joins the wider banking and finance team at the US firm. She focuses on the securitisation of trade receivables, consumer loans, auto loans and insurance, loans. She also handles banking, derivatives and debt capital markets work.
Before joining Mayer Brown Craske had been European counsel at Fitch ratings and prior to that had held senior associate positions at both Sidley Austin and Baker McKenzie.
