Gianni Origoni Grippo Cappelli & Partners has added a new partner to its public M&A team.
Giulia Staderini joins the team from regulator Consob in Rome where she had headed up the takeover bids and ownership structures office.
She focuses on public M&A and in her previous role focused on shareholdings and shareholder agreements.
