Jenner & Block has welcomed the return of partner Michael Wolf to its corporate practice in Chicago.
Previously with the firm from 2003-2014, Wolf comes back after serving as corporate vice president and global chief counsel for consulting firm Aon.
He specialises in M&A, joint ventures, securities offerings and investments.
