Riolo Calderaro Crisostomo (RCC) has expanded its banking team in Milan with the hire of a new partner from Paul Hastings.
Alberto Del Din (an IFLR1000 Leading Lawyer) focuses on banking, structured finance, project finance and real esate matters.
Before joining Paul Hastings Del Din had previously worked at Bonelli Erede and Chiomenti.
Joining Del Din at RCC are fellow lawyers Fabio Zambito and Enrico Stefani.
While at Paul Hastings one highlight matter Del Din acted on was the sale by UniCredit of a €1.2 billion NPL portfolio to AnaCap Financial Partners.
