Dentons has continued its expansion in Italy with the addition of a new structured finance partner.
Fabio Maria Guidi joins from a senior associate position at Bonelli Erede Pappalardo. He had previously worked as an associate at Pavia & Ansaldo.
He focuses on structured finance and securitisation work including work on mortgage backed securitisations, trade receivables and work related to NPLs.
Dentons has focused on expanding its M&A team in Italy in 2017 so far through the hires of Antonella Brambilla from Chiomenti and Alessandro Dubini from Biscozzi Noble.
