McDermott Will & Emery (MWE) has added partner Anh Lee to its corporate practice in Chicago.
Lee comes to MWE from Kirkland & Ellis.
Her addition is the second for MWE's private equity group in Chicago this week.
Lee focuses on debt financing, LBOs and restructurings.
She frequently works with investment funds and their portfolio companies.
