McDermott Will & Emery (MWE) has strengtened its corporate and transactional group in Chicago with the addition of partner Michael McStay.
McStay arrives at MWE from Ropes & Gray.
He specialises on transactions in the middle market private equity space, such as M&A, LBOs and restructurings.
