Osborne Clarke has announced the opening of a new office in Sweden, bringing in a five-lawyer team from both private practice and in-house teams.
Baumgarten Byström Rooth & Partners founding partner Fredrik von Baumgarten is joined by a team of three from Bird & Bird including partner Henrik Bergström, senior associate Angelica Lundqvist and associate Isabella Palmgren, along with associate Gabriel Liska, who joins from SEB Merchant Banking.
The move is part of the firm's European expansion strategy that has seen it grow to more than 100 partners on the continent.
