Cooley has added three corporate patners to its San Francisco and Palo Alto offices.
Jon Avina, Calise Cheng and Rachel Proffitt join from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
All three focus on guiding emerging growth companies, from their formations through to IPOs and M&A transactions.
Avina and Cheng will be based in Palo Alto, while Proffitt will be in the San Francisco office.
