Herbert Smith Freehills has added its first corporate partner to its New York office.
James Robinson rejoins Herbert Smith Freehills from Morrison & Foerster's Tokyo office.
Robinson was previously a partner with Herbert Smith Freehills in Tokyo.
He focuses on M&A, joint venture and capital markets transactions.
