Mayer Brown has announced the return of partner John Boelter to its corporate and securities practice in New York.
Previously with Mayer Brown from 2005-2015, Boelter spent the last couple years with Greenberg Traurig.
He focuses on M&A transactions, as well as representing both issuers and underwriters in connection with equity and debt offerings.
