PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), a leading accountancy firm, has added independent law firm Melli Darsa & Co (MDC) to the PwC network in Indonesia.

MDC will continue to work alongside the other Indonesian members firms of the PwC network.

Founding partner Melli Darsa said of the development: "MDC joining the PwC network sets a new bar in corporate legal and financial/business advisory service in Indonesia that allows us to better support clients in achieving their competitive advantage through a broader multidisciplinary and more integrated approach through a wide range of professional services within the PwC global network."

MDC was founded in 2002, and focuses on corporate and commercial structuring, M&A, employment, and entity governance and compliance work.
