Sidley Austin has added a partner to its New York-based M&A practice.
Daniel Serota comes to Sidley from Greenberg Traurig.
Serota focuses on M&A deals involving clients from the technology, media, retail and financial services industries.
His arrival marks yet another lateral move to Sidley in July, coming shortly after additions to Sidley's Palo Alto and Houston offices.
Sidley also added two energy partners in Houston earlier in July.
