Jones Day has added capital markets partner Alan Seem to its Silicon Valley office.
Seem comes to Jones Day from Shearman & Sterling's Menlo Park office.
He focuses on SEC and Rule 144A/Regulation S securities offerings, as well as IPOs.
Experienced in making deals in the Chinese market, Seem previously spent time based out of offices in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong.
