Faegre Baker Daniels (FaegreBD) has welcomed back corporate partner Matthew Kuhn in Minneapolis.
Previously at FaegreBD from 2006-2015, Kuhn was most recently a vice president and general counsel at Bluestem Brands.
Kuhn specialises in M&A and capital markets transactions, and his clients come from industries that include healthcare, manufacturing and technology.
