M&A partner and IFLR1000 Leading Lawyer Rob Carlson joins Sidley in Palo Alto from Paul Hastings.
Carlson specialises in M&A, joint ventures and securities offerings, especially in the technology and life sciences sectors.
Global finance partner Brian Minyard comes to Sidley's Houston office from Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.
His arrival is another in a bevy of recent lateral moves in Houston, including two additions by Sidley earlier this month.
Minyard focuses on debt and acquisition finacing deals in the energy sector.
